What is a chapter
For those of you that are not familiar with SIGGRAPH Chapters, they are groups of people with interest in Computer Graphics and related topics, that organize events under the umbrella of the ACM SIGGRAPH organization. This provides the Chapter with a recognizable name, as well as support to organize events, conferences, access to materials, etc. It’s something like TEDx is to TED.
